The Matrix: What do you see?
The first Matrix was released in 1999.
Any child that was born as at then will be 23 this year. But it’s 2022 and we are seeing massive investments in the metaverse and several other innovations around Augmented and Virtual Reality.
I wasn’t as interested but seeing Matrix Resurrections yesterday has struck a chord. I am almost sure that there is a dystopian future at hand, and players across the different fields need to begin planning how to have a stake in it.
However, a big part of what I learned is that there is a thin line between real and imagined, and your body deals with both the same way if you lose consciousness/awareness. Most of the time, the brain cannot differentiate; it just executes instructions, which is why you sometimes cry from movies you know are not real (This is the mildest part).
In as much as there is no mind without a body, there is no body without the mind, and the level of heights you can climb as a human is directly proportional to how much the two are in sync about where you want to be or go.
I think the mind processes information in images; it is a new week; what do you see?
